Your GitOps platform, in one command.

One command deploys it all, fully GitOps-managed. The Starter is free and open source; upgrade to private AI or the All-In-One when you need it, with a one-time payment and the source code.

$ ./install.sh --pack starter --domain example.com
✓ cluster checks ok
✓ argocd synced
✓ traefik, cert-manager synced
✓ infisical, cnpg healthy

Starter: free

The foundation I run at home, on your own cluster: ArgoCD, Traefik, cert-manager, external-dns, Infisical + External Secrets, CloudNativePG, OpenEBS local storage and metrics-server (Cilium on k3s). No sign-up, nothing to buy.

curl -fsSL https://shop.kien.cc/try.sh | bash
  • Needs kubectl, helm and any cluster (k3s, kind, minikube, EKS, GKE…), 2 vCPU and 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended)
  • Everything lives in Git: change a value, ArgoCD applies it
  • Remove everything with bash -s uninstall

Read the script before running it. Private AI and All-In-One add Onyx, Ollama, LiteLLM, OpenClaw, Coder, monitoring, SSO, rollouts and the app-template chart.

How it works

Three steps, then everything is driven from Git.

  1. 1

    You prepare

An existing Kubernetes cluster, even a home server with k3s (or an AWS account with All-In-One), an empty Git repository and a domain name with a DNS token.

  2. 2

    You run one command

./install.sh --pack starter installs the stack on your cluster, pushes the configuration to your repo and points ArgoCD at it. Starting from scratch on AWS? terraform apply creates the EKS cluster first.

  3. 3

    You drive it from Git

Every committed change is applied automatically. Secrets stay in Infisical, never in Git.

FAQ

What exactly am I buying?

The installer, the GitOps deployment files, the charts and the documentation. The open source components remain under their original licenses.

Is the Starter really free?

Yes. It is open source and stays free: use it at home or at work. The paid packs add private AI, monitoring, SSO, progressive delivery, the app-template chart and Terraform.

Is support included?

No. The pack is sold as is, with its documentation. Monthly support with no commitment is available as an option.

Does my data leave my infrastructure?

It's your choice. By default, inference runs locally with Ollama and nothing leaves your infrastructure. You can also configure Anthropic, Gemini or AWS Bedrock as the model provider; in that case prompts are sent to that provider under your own account and contract.

What are the prerequisites?

An existing Kubernetes cluster (EKS, GKE, AKS, Scaleway, OVH, k3s…) with kubectl access, or an AWS account: the All-In-One pack includes a Terraform installer that creates the EKS cluster for you. An empty Git repository (GitHub, GitLab or Forgejo): the installer pushes the configuration to it and ArgoCD reads it. A domain name with an API token for its DNS (Cloudflare, OVH…) for certificates. Ports 80 and 443 reachable from the internet (load balancer or ingress). Starter needs 2 vCPU and 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended). Private AI runs the full Onyx profile (document indexing with OpenSearch): plan for 8 vCPU and 24 GB RAM, an NVIDIA GPU is recommended.
